.The party of the first part also grants to party of the
second part an easement for sidewalk purposes over and along an
eight (8) foot strip abutting and fronting on either side of the
premises hereinbefore conveyed, reserving the right to said first
party, or its assigns, to build, erect and maintain over said eight
(8) foot strip structures not less than nine (9) feet in the clear

above the official grade and to erect, build and maintain columns
or pillars to support the structures so erected over said eight foot
strip, said columns or pillars to be ereoted so that no part of them
shall extent more than two (2) feet from the curb line inside of
said eight foot strip.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises
unto the said party of the second part, for the purposes hereinbe-
fore particularly described, subject to the reservations and exoep-
tions hereinbefore set forth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has
