The Trustees of Santa MonIca Lodge No.906 of the Benevolent and
Protective Order of Blks of Santa Monica, CalifornIa, the parties
of the first part, in consIderation of Ten ($10.00) Dollars to
them In hand paid, the receipt of which Is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant to the CIty of Santa Monica, a municipal corporatIon
of Los Angeles County, CalIfornIa, the party of the second part,
all that real property situated In the City of Santa MonIca, County
of Loa Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
(a) The northeasterly 32 feet of that parcel of land conveyed
to the Trastees of Santa MonIca Lodge No.906 of the Bene-
volent and Protective Order of Elks, of Santa Monica,
CalifornIa, as recorded In book 5450, page 3, of deeds, re-
cords of Los Angeles County.
(b) The south,esterly 209 feet of the southeasterly 21 feet of
that parcel of land conveyed to the Trustees of Santa Moni~
Lodge No. 906 of the Benevolent Bnd ProtectIve Order of
