and reserved to said first party, its successors
and assigns, all subterranean waters except such as

time said party of the second part, his heirs or

cause to be used, or shall alloy! or authorize in any
manner directly or indirectly, said premises or any
part thereof to be used for the purpose of vending
intoxicating liquors fo r drinking purposes. whether
such vending shall be done directly or under some
