Company, a corporation, organized under the laws of the State
of California, and having its principal place of business in

This conveyance is made upon the condition that said
property be used by the said party of the second part for the
purpose of widening the side-walk lying along the south side of
Strand street from its present width, to-wit, six feet, to eight
feet, and immediately upon a failure by the party of the se c ond part
to devote ssia property for such use, the title to the same shall
immediately revert to the grantor, its heirs or assigns.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises
unto the said party of the second part forever.
In pursuance of a Resolution passed by the Board of
Directors of said corporation at a legal meeting thereof duly
convened and held on the 11th day of June, 1915, the said S. M. Bernard
Company has hereunto caused its corporate name and seal to be affixed
by its President and Secretary thereunto duly authorized, this 11th
day of June, 1915.
