EASEMENT
GENERAL TEIEPHONE COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a california corpo-
ration, grants to the CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal corporation, an
easement to install, maintain, and repair any and all sewer facilities
owned by said City in the following described Real Property:
That portion of lot R, Block 154, Town of Santa
Monica, as recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 et. seg,.
of Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the
Recorder of los ~geles County, more particularly
described as follows: I
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said lot
R; thence northwesterly, along the southwesterly
line of said lot, a distance of 18.00 feet to a
point in said line, said point being the True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing northwesterly along
said southwesterly line, a distance of 20.00 feet
to a point; thence northeasterly, along a line
parallel to and distant 38.00 feet, measured at
right angles, from the southeasterly line of said
Lot, a distance of 150,00 feet more or less to a
point in the northeasterly line of said lot; thence
southeasterly along said northeasterly line a dis-
tance of 30.00 feet to a point; thence westerly, in
a direct line to a point in a line that is parallel
to and distant 18.00 feet northwesterly, measured at
right angJ.es, from the southeasterly line of said lot,
said point being distant 10,00 feet, measured along
said parallel line, from the northeast line of said
lot; thence southwesterly, in a direct line, a dis-
tance of 140.00 feet more or less to the True Point
of Beginning.
The easement conveyed hereby is not used or useful in the
public utility business of General Telephone Company of California.
