hereby grants to the CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal corporation, the fol-
lowing described land:
That portion of IDt P, Block 154, Tow of Santa
Monica, as recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 et. seq.
of Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the
Recorder of los Angeles County, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said lot
P; thence northwesterly, along the southwesterly line
of said IDt, a distance of 18.00 feet to a point in
said line, said point being the True Point of Be-
ginning; thence continuing northwesterly along said
southwesterly line, a distance of 20.00 feet to a
point; thence northeasterly, along a line parallel
to and. distant 38.00 feet, measured at right angles,
from the southeasterly line of said IDt, a distance
of 150.00 feet more or less to a point in the north-
easterly line of said IDt; thence southeasterly along
said northeasterly line a distance of 30.00 feet to
a point; thence westerly, in a direct line to a point
in a:'line that is parallel to and distant 18.00 feet
northwesterly, measured at right angles, from the

The property conveyed hereby is not used or useful in the public
utility business of General Telephone Company of California.
