title and interest in and to that certain hereinafter des-
cribed real property to the CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal
corporation, said real property 1s described as follows:
The northeasterly ten (10) feet of Lot 4, Block 8,
Artesian Tract, in the City of santa Monica, County
of Los Angeles, state of California, as per map
recorded in Book 4, Page 90 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
