A RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA, ACCEPTING
AN EASEMENT DEED.
THE CITY COtmCIL OF' THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain Easement Deed whereby
LYLE B. SCHMIDT and MARIAN SCHMIDT, convey to the City of Santa
Monica, an easement over the following described property:
a strip of land 7.5 feet wide, adjacent
to the southeasterly side of Lot 21,
as shown on map of Serra Vista Heights
E;ctension, recorded on page 180 of Map
Book 8, records of Los Angeles County,
and extending from the northeasterly
line ot said lot tothe northwesterly
prolongation of the northeasterly line
of Twenty.sixth Court. 15 feet wide as
shown on map of said Tract, being the
adJacent northwesterly half of that
certain alley vacated by Ordinance
No. 106 passed by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Santa Monica: Janu~J 3.
1910.
be and the same hereby 1s accepted and the City Manager is
directed to record said Easement Deed.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
