FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten t$lO.OO)
Dollars, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other
good and valuable consideration, FRANCES NEFF, does hereby
grant and convey to the CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal
corporation, an easement over, along and across that certain
real property in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
Angeles, State of california, more particularly described
as follows:
A strip of land 7.5 feet wide, adjacent to
the southeasterly side of Lot 22, as shown
on map of Serra Vista Heights Extension,
recorded on page 180 of Map Book 8, records
of Los Angeles County, and extending for
the full width of said lot, being the
adjacent northwesterly half of that certain
alley vacated by Ordinance No. 106 passed
by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Santa Monica, January 3, 1910.
for alley and street purposes and for the purpose of
installation and maintenance of water lines, sewer lines,
storm drains and any and all other uses that can lawfully be
made of the subsurface of an alley.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT DEED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OIl' THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certa1n Easement Deed whereby
FRANCES NEFF conveys to the City of Santa Monica an easem.ent
over the following described property:
A strip of land 7.5 teet wide, adjacent to

same shall be in tull force and effect.
