That certain Quit Claim Deed dated the 13th day of May~ 1955, wherein the United States of America quit claims to the City of Santa Monica~ the following des- cribed property: Parcell. A perpetual easement to construct~ operate and maintain~ with all necessary valves and other appurtenances" a twenty-inch (20") pipe line along those certain streets and portions of streets in the City of Los Angeles described as follows: Bundy Drive from the southeasterly line of Rochester Avenue to the northwesterly line of the Arcadia ReserVOir located on Lot38~ Tract No~_8038~ as per map recorded iii-BooK 118, pages 46-and 47 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County; Rochester Avenue from the northeasterly line of Bundy Drive to the northwesterly line of Santa Monica Boulevard; Santa Monica Boulevard from the common boundary between the Cities of Los Angeles and Santa Monica to the southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly line of that portion of Rochester Avenue extending north- easterly from Santa Monica Boulevard.
