A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING DEEDS TO
REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant Deed dated August 26,
1954, wherein CHARLES A. MELOY and MABLE STRASZACKER, deed
to the CITY OF SANTA MONICA the following described real property:
The northeasterly 25 feet of Lot 5 of Block
200, Town of Santa Monica Tract, Recorded in
Book 39, page 45 et. seq. of Miscellaneous
Records, in the office of the Recorder of
Los Angeles County.
