DEED TO CERTAIN P.EAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~Y OF SANTA MONICA DOES HESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a certain Grant Deed aoknowledged
February 3, 1955, whereby the SANTA MONICA UNIFIED SCHOOL J
DISTRICT deeds to the CITY OF SANTA MONICA, a portion or lots

39 and 62, Central Addition of the City of Santa Monica, be
and the same hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2. The City Manager 1s authorized to reccrd
said deed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenoeforth and thereafter the s~e shall
be in full force and effect.
ADoPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of February, 1955.
