hereby release, remise and quitclaim to the City of Santa Monioa,
a municipal corporation of the state of California, all of the
right, title and interest of the undersigned in and to the real

assigns of the undersigned, shall not use or disturb the surface
of said land or any improvements thereon in the exercise of any
ot said rights, or remove or impair the lateral or subjacent
support of said land or any improvements thereon.
The right, title and interest hereby quitclaimed is sub-
ject to easements, restrictions, reservations, conditions and
covenants ot record and to taxes for the fiscal year 1950-51 and
subsequent years.
