ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN
REAL PROll'ERTY AND AUTHORIZING TIm
CITY MANAGER TO RECORD THE SAME.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain Grant Deed
from General Telephone Company ot California whereby said
General Telephone Company of Cal1fornia grants to the City
ot santa Monica all right.. title and interest in and to
a portion ot Lot R, Block 154, Town of Santa Monica Tract,
be and the same hereby is accepted",
SECTION 2. The City Manager hereby is
authorized to cause the deed to be recorded in the County
Recorder's office.
SIOTION 3. The City C1e~k shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution and t.~enceforth and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
