For and in consideration of the vacation by the
City of Santa Monica of certain streets, the SANTA MONICA
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT hereby grants, conveys and assigns
to the CI'IY OF SANTA MONICA, a municipal corporation, all
right, title and interest in and to that certain real
property located in the City of Santa Monica, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
The southwesterly fifteen (15t) feet of
Lots 14 to 21, inclusive, Block 1, Bandini
Tract, as per map Recorded in Book 55,
Page 56 of Miscellaneous Records, in the
office of the Recorder of Los Angeles Count:y';
and also
That portion of Lot A, Tract No, 3859, as per
map Recorded in Book 56, page 7 of Maps, in
the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles
Coun t;)C , described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of
said Lot A; thence northeasterly along the
southeasterly line of Michigan Avenue, 60
feet wide, a distance of 12.78 feet to a
point in said line; thence in a direct line
to a point in the northeasterly line of
Fourth street, 60 feet wide, said point
being 290.05 feet, measured along the north-
easterly line of Fourth street, from said
westerly corner of said Lot A; thence
northwesterly along said northeasterly line
of Fourth Street a distance of 290,05 feet
to the point of beginning.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING A G~ DEED TO
CERTAIN REAL PRO:tlERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO RECORD THE SAME.
The City Council of the City of Santa Monica does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That a certain Grant Deed1 a copy of which
is attached hereto, whereby the Santa Monica Unified School
District grants to the City of Santa Monica, all right, title
and interest in and to portions of Lots 14 to 21, Block 1
of the Bandini Tract and Lot A, Tract No. 38591 be and the
same hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
record said Grant Deed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ~7tJiay of July 1 1954.
