A RESOLUTION OF TEi CITY COUNCIL OF THE OITY
OF SANTA MONICA ACC.EPTING A GRANT DEED TO
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAG.ER TO RECORD THE SAME.
The City Council of the Oity of Santa Monica does
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That a certain Grant Deed, a copy of which
is attached hereto, Whereby the Santa Monica Unified School
District grants to the City of Santa Monica, all right, title
and interest in and to portions of Lots 8 and 25 of the
central Addition and Lot 5, Block 1 of the :aa.ndini Tract,
be and the same hereby is accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
record said Grant Deed.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall oertify the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27tday of July ,1954.
