MENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS.

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain Director's Deed
from state ot C.alif'ornia, Department of Public Works, Division
ot Highways to the City ot Santa Monica, a copy ot which is

authorized to do all things necessary to complete the transfer
