8 tablishment of said sewer as above described and of the benefits
9 to accrue to me, by reason of such location, I the undersigned
10 OiVller of the property hereinbefore described, required for said
11 sewer purpose s as af ore said, do here by signify my app roval of the
12 location of said sewer and do hereby consent to the construction
13 and maintenance of the same and I do hereby grant and dedicate the
14 lands belonging to me and hereinbefore described so far as the same
15 may be required for the proper cons'truction and maintenance of said
5 16 sewer to the said Town of Santa Monica, to that purpose and for the
