6 same may be required for the proper construction and maintenance
7 of said sewer to the said TO'iln of s~ta Monica, to that purpose
8 and for the use of such sewer, but for no other purpose and I
9 hereby waive all claims for damage for and on account oftha
10 construction and maintenance of the same.
