front in said Tovm of Santa Monica, and
it appears that it is necessary ~or the completion of
said sewer that a right of way be had for the same over and across
the property of the owner undersi8~ed, The North Beach Bath House
Company, a corporation and that the description of said right of w~

N"o. 1 of the aforesaid Sunset Beach Tract; thence running south-
easterly distant 379 feet to a point, said point being distant 52
feet measured at right angles from the center line of the Main Track
of the S. P. R. R. Co. thence southeasterly distant 414 feet to a
point, said point b.eing distant S. 45 deg. 15 min. W. 255 ~eet from
the Westerly line of Ocean Avenue; thence Southwesterly S. 45 deg.
15 min. W. distant 140 feet; thence southeasterly S. 44 deg. 45 min

line distant 10 feet to the place of beginning.
INTm~ING hereby to convey a strip of land 10 feet in width
across said property of the North Beach Bath House Company, a corpo-
r purposes along the Beach of the Pacific Ocean.
RE, in consideration of the location and establish-
sewer 80S above described and of the benefits to accrue
on of such location, the undersigned owner of the prop-
erty hereinbefore described, required for said sewer purposes as
aforesaid, hereby signifies its approval of the location of said
sewer and does hereby consent to the construction and maintenance of
the same and does hereby grant and dedicate the lands belonging to
it and hereinbefore described so far as the same be required ~or the
proper construction and maintenance of said sewer to the said TOVTn
of Santa Monica, to that purpose and for the use of such s~Ter, but "I
for no other purpose and it hereby waives all claims for damage for

and on account of the construction and maintenance of the s~~e.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said North Beach Bath House Company has

subscribed by its President and Secretary with its corporate name
