RESOLUTION NO. 482
Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the Santa Monica City
School District and of the Santa Monica High School District hereby
grants to the City of Santa Monica, a municipal corporation, an ease-
ment for any use or activity in connection with the City recreational I
program in, on, under and over the following described property:
"The Northeasterly one-half of that portion of 16th Street (80 feet
wide) as delineated on map entitled Map of that portion of Rancho
San Vicente y Santa Monica, described as Parcels 10 and 11 in inter-
locutory decree of partition in Case B-25296 hereinafter referred to and I
thereon marked with the name of 'Elena I. Dear', said map being a por-
tion of map filed as Exhibit 'c' in connection with Referee's report
in Action B-25296 of Superior Court entitled Ysidora Couts Fuller VS.
Cave J. Couts et aI, and attached to final decree of partition in said
action, recorded in Book 6387, Page I of Deeds, bounded on the north
by the South line of the Southern Pacific Railway Company right of way
and bounded on the south by a line extending fram the Southeast corner
of said Parcel No. 10 to the Southwest corner of said Parcel No. 11."
