OF SANTA M.ONICA ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEEDS RE
PROPERTY FORMERLY DEEDED TO LOS ANGELES PACIFIC
COMPANY AND PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAl L\~AY COMPANY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS ~~LLOW6;
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby accepts on behalt ot
the C1ty those certain Qultol~im Deeds from E. J. Carrillo dated July 8,
1949, Eugene w. Castle dated March 29, 1949, Edith W. Danziger, spouse 1
ot J. M. Danziger, dated March 14, 1949, J. M. Dan~iger dated Maroh 14,
1949, A. M. Free dated March 24, 1949, Kabel C. Free. spouse of A. M.
Free, dated March 24, 1949. Albert Johnson dated July 18, 1949, Berneace
B. Suthers dated April 1J, 1949 and Louise Winston H1vara, who took
title a8 Louise B. Winston, dated July 21, 1949; Whereby Baid persona
above named qu1tc1aim to the City of Banta Monica all their right, title
and interest, in and to thAt pronerty described in their respective
Quitclaim Deeds.
