(OITY OOUNOIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE OITY COUNOIL OF THE
OITY OF SANTA MONICA AOCEPTING QUITCLAIM
DEEDS RE PROPERTY FORMERLY DEEDED TO LOS
ANGELES PAOIFIC OOMPANY AND PACIFIO ELEOTRIO
RAILWAY OOMPANY.
THE OITY OOUNCIL OF THE OITY OF SANTA MONIOA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SEOTION 1. That the Oity Oounoil hereby accepts on behalf of
the City those certain Quitclaim Deeds from E. J. Carrillo dated July 8,
1949, Eugene W. Castle dated Maroh 29, 1949, Edith W. Danziger, spouse
of J. M. Danziger, dated Maroh 14, 1949, J. M. Danziger dated March 14,
1949, A. M. Free dated March 24, 1949, Mabel C. Free, spouse of A. M.
Free, dated Karch 24, 1949, Albert Johnson dated July 18, 1949, Berneaoe
B. Suthers dated April 13, 1949 and Louise Winston Rivara, who took
title as Louise B. Winston, dated July 21, 1949; whereby said persons
above named quitclaim to the Oity of Santa Monioa all their right, title
and interest, in and to that property desoribed in their respeotive
Quitclaim Deeds.
SECTION 2. !he City Clerk shall oertify to the adoption of this
resolution and thenoeforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and etfeot.
