The undersigned hereby warrants that he or they has
or have full right to transfer the title to said hangar and
that said, hangar is free and clear of all mortgages, liens and
other encumbrances. ~

(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM
DEEDS FROM JOHN P. LORDAN AND MARTHA W.
LORDAN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be and he hereby
is authorized to accept on behalf of the City those certain
Quitclaim Deeds from John P. Lordan and Martha W. Lordan to the
City of Santa Monica, whereby said John P. Lordan and Martha W.
Lordan grant to the City of Santa Monica all right, title, and
interest, in and to those certain Hangars numbered respectively
02011, 02012 and 02016, located on Parcel No. 14 of the Santa
Monica Municipal Airport; which said parcel is shown more parti-
cularly on that certain Map No. 2214, Revision 3, on file in
the Office of the C1 ty Engineer of said C1 ty ·
SECTION 2.. That the City Manager hereby is authorized
to do all things necessary to complete the transfer of said
property to said City and cause the deed to be recorded in the
County Recorder's Office.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thencefprth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
