Subject:❗4-B: hire Clerk from the outside only! We need an ethical one for a change!

Please only hire the Interim City Clerk/City Clerk from the outside!
The City needs a competent, professional Clerk – one that is up to date with the technology, aware of all pertinent
laws, highly ethical, politically neutral and ready to serve the Santa Monica community rather than special interest
groups.
That is, the Clerk needs to be the opposite of the current City Clerk Denise Anderson-Warren, or anybody who she
might have been grooming within the Clerk's Department.
