First I apologize for missing the meeting last night. Second, I am submitting my resignation. I know you have had a
difficult time running this committee during Covid. I feel I cannot get anything done for a variety of reasons in addition
to Covid and perhaps someone else will be more effective. I am available to speak with you at any time if you’d like.
