Representative to the Westside Cities Council of Governments (COG) and
designate an Alternate Governing Board Representative. The Joint Powers
Authority and By-laws require each City Council to designate one of its
Councilmembers as a Governing Board Representative and one
Councilmember as an Alternate Governing Board Representative.
