Dear Councilmembers,
With mixed emotions I am reaching out tonight to submit my formal resignation to the Recreation and Parks
Commission. It has been an extraordinary opportunity to work together with my fellow commissioners as well as
dedicated staff to serve the city of Santa Monica. I know this decision will open up space for a new commissioner who
has more capacity to serve on the Commission and further engage Santa Monica residents to support and improve Rec
and Parks.
Thank you all for your support and the opportunity to work together with you over the years. Looking forward to seeing
you in the community and at the parks with my kids!
