Subject: Request of Councilmember De la Torre that the City Council allocate $5,000
of Council discretionary funds to the Santa Monica Pier Corporation to fund
entertainment for the 2nd Annual Day of the Dead Celebration on the Santa
Monica Pier. The celebration will be hosted inside the historic Looff
Hippodrome Carousel and will be open and free to the public.
