evaluate options to enhance the maintenance and appearance of Lincoln
Boulevard between Olympic Boulevard (north and south), inclusive of portions
of Olympic Blvd east and west of Lincoln, as depicted roughly in the shaded

Thank you to Council Members Brock and Negrete for bringing this forward.
This area is now a disgrace to the City and the State.
CalTrans should be contacted immediately for proper maintenance of the area.
This is the gateway for thousands of people daily to the City. Residents leave and return to our city from both North and
South.
It turns my stomach to witness the trash, crappy landscape and graffiti when I return to the City via Lincoln off
ramp. None of our other off ramps are poorly maintained. Is it because this area belongs to the PNA and SM Mid City
Neighbors areas? The largest low income parts of the City.
Where is all the development money from Lincoln for community benefits being spent?
CalTrans has money available to build beautiful bridges in other parts of the state with less population.
