Hi June and Aliya,
Please accept my resignation from the Santa Monica Disability Commission as of Jan. 27, 2021.
Unfortunately, I do not have the time to continue serving on this board. I very much enjoyed the
opportunity to work alongside such smart caring people who are looking out for such a vulnerable
population. I learned so much about my city and how it strives to support people with disabilities.

Hi Kelly,
Hope you and yours are healthy and doing well. June let me know that you are
resigning from the Disabilities Commission (I remember we talked about this last March
right before the stay at home orders went in place). To resign, you can send an email to
me and June stating you are resigning and the date (Please accept my resignation from
the Santa Monica Disability Commission as of [date]). You can include a brief reason
why and any other information you would like. I will forward this email to the City
Clerk’s office for their records. Please let me know if you have any questions.
