CONVENE On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 6:01p.m., with all
members present.

excused at 7:01 p.m.
There was no public comment on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 6:01p.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 7:26 p.m., with all members present, except
Councilmember Negrete to report the following:
1.A. Public Employee Appointment: Title – City Attorney
The Mayor advised this matter was heard with no reportable action taken.
1.B. Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation –
Initiation of litigation pursuant to § 54956.9(d)(4): 1 matter
