on Friday, March 25, 2022, via teleconference pursuant to Assembly Bill No. 361 signed by, Governor Gavin

CONVENE
On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 9:18 a.m., with all
members present.

Motion by Councilmember Davis, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem McCowan,
to hear public comment first and then hear Item 4.A. before Closed Sessions.
The motion was approved by the following vote:

Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council:
1. Review and discuss the City Council Rules of Order and Procedure;
and
2. Collaboratively develop agreements for implementing rules for
meetings.

On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 1:00 p.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 1:39 p.m., with all members present except
Councilmember Brock, to report the following:

The Interim City Attorney advised this matter was heard with no reportable
action taken.
