CONVENE
On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 4:30 p.m., with all
members present except Councilmember de la Torre.
CLOSED SESSIONS

arrived at 4:35 p.m.

and Negrete were excused at
5:05 p.m.
There was no public comment on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 4:31 p.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 5:06 p.m., with all members present, except
Councilmembers de la Torre and Negrete to report the following:
1.A. Public Employee Appointment

The Mayor advised this matter was heard with no reportable action taken.
