CONVENE On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 1:00 p.m., with all
members present.

Member of the public Vernon Creswell commented on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 1:08 p.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 5:08 p.m., with all members present, to
report the following:

The Mayor advised this matter was heard with no reportable action taken.
