A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Himmelrich at 5:06 p.m.,
on Friday, May 14, 2021, via teleconference pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 at

CONVENE
On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 5:06 p.m., with all
members present.
CLOSED SESSIONS
There was no one present for public comment on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 5:07 p.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 9:08 p.m., with all members present except
Councilmembers Brock and McKeown, to report the following:
Mayor Himmelrich advised this matter was heard with no reportable action
taken.
ADJOURNMENT On order of the Mayor, the City Council meeting adjourned at 9:09 p.m.
