Councilmember Phil Brock arrived at 9:10 a.m.
Councilmember Gleam Davis
Councilmember Oscar de la Torre arrived at 9:10 a.m.
Councilmember Kevin McKeown
Councilmember Christine Parra
Also Present: Interim City Manager Lane Dilg
Assistant City Clerk Nikima S. Newsome
CONVENE
On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 9:01 a.m., with all
members present except Councilmembers Brock and de la Torre.
CLOSED SESSIONS
There was no one present for public comment on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 9:03 a.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 10:54 a.m., with all members present except
Councilmembers Brock and de la Torre, to report the following:
Mayor Himmelrich advised this matter was heard with no reportable action
taken.
ADJOURNMENT On order of the Mayor, the City Council meeting adjourned at 10:54 a.m.
