A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor McKeown at 5:00 p.m., on
Thursday, September 10, 2020, via teleconference pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 at

Also Present: Interim City Manager Lane Dilg
Interim City Attorney George Cardona
City Clerk Denise Anderson-Warren
CONVENE
On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 5:00 p.m., with all
members present, except Mayor Pro Tem O’Day.
CLOSED SESSIONS
Mayor Pro Tem O’Day
arrived at 5:03 p.m.
Mayor Pro Tem O’Day was
excused at 6:54 p.m.
There was no one present for public comment on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 5:01p.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 6:55 p.m., with all members present, except
Mayor Pro Tem O’Day to report the following:
1.A. Public Employee Evaluation:
Title: Interim City Manager
The Mayor advised this matter was heard with no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
On order of the Mayor, the City Council meeting adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
