13.D Request of Mayor McKeown and Councilmembers Davis and Winterer that
the Council allocate $17,000 of its discretionary funds to the Main Street
Business Improvement Association, to offset costs for City-required
staffing of police and fire officers and the closure of Main Street for the
family-friendly June 2020 Soulstice community festival.
