13.D Request of Mayor Davis and Councilmember McKeown that the Council
authorize up to $25,000 of Council discretionary funds for the City
Manager's Office to convene a Census Complete Count Committee to
launch and conduct community outreach and education efforts for the 2020
Census, including targeted outreach for Hard-to-Count areas and
populations as designated by the U.S. Census Bureau and bilingual
outreach materials.
