13.F Request of Mayor Davis and Councilmember Winterer that the Council
allocate $17,000 of discretionary funds to the Main Street Business
Improvement Association to reduce the $90,391 anticipated costs of their
June 2109 Soulstice event, which for the first time will close down the
entire length of Main Street to automobiles. Last year's Soulstice event,
with a partial closure of the street, was per the recent Resident Satisfaction
Survey the third highest attended festivity in the city after two events at the
Pier.
