13.E Request of Mayor Davis and Councilmembers McKeown and Winterer that
the Council allocate $15,000 of discretionary funds to the Santa Monica
Sister City Association, a local chapter of Sister Cities International, a 501 (
c ) (3) non-profit, for scholarships and other assistance to enable low-
income households to participate in the organization's activities and that
another $10,000 be set aside to match dollar-for-dollar funds raised from
other parties.
