13.B Request of Mayor Davis, Mayor Pro Tem O'Day, and Councilmember
Morena to contribute $15,000 of council discretionary funds to the Santa
Monica Symphony Association to commemorate and sponsor the 75th
Anniversary of the Santa Monica Symphony. The allotted funds would be
matched by other fundraising efforts by the Santa Monica Symphony
Association.
