13.H Request of Councilmembers McKeown and Himmelrich that the Council put
the City of Santa Monica on record as supporting Measure 10 on the
November ballot, to protect renters from continued unlimited 'market rate'
rent hikes under the Costa-Hawkins Act, which would be repealed by
passage of Measure 10; and convey the City’s position of support for
Measure 10 as appropriate.
