13.E Request of Mayor Winterer, Mayor Pro Tem Davis and Councilmember
McKeown, to give direction to the City Attorney to provide language for a
potential Charter Amendment and Municipal Code amendment to change
eligibility requirements for the Senior Commission, Airport Commission,
Library Board, and Personnel Board from “qualified electors” to
“residents” to encourage civic involvement by all our residents, as outlined
in the June 15 Information Item.
