Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 12, 2018, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Sections 11.04.040 and 11.04.050 of the City Elections Code to
make a clerical correction and to update limits on campaign contributions to City
candidates.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
