Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 8, 2018, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
amending the Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 10.08.560, to update vehicle
weight restriction requirements for the Santa Monica Municipal Pier and the Newcomb
Pier.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
