Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance amending sections
3.04.035 and 3.16.170 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code.
Executive Summary
At its meeting of April 24, 2018, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Sections 3.04.035 and 3.16.170
regulating parking meter zones, meter rates, parking fees, permit fees and hours of
operation.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
