A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Davis at 4:32
p.m., on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

On order of the Mayor Pro Tem, the City Council convened at 4:32 p.m.,
with all members present except Councilmember O'Connor and Mayor
Winterer.
There was no one present for public comment on closed sessions.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 4:33 p.m., to consider
closed sessions and returned at 5:36 p.m., with Councilmember O'Connor
absent, to report the following:

The Mayor reported this matter was heard with no reportable action taken.
On order of the Mayor, the City Council meeting adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
