Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Ordinance approving the
Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a municipal corporation,
and NMS 1313 6th Street, LLC.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 28, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a
municipal corporation, and NMS 1313 6th Street, LLC.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
